The Broadway Hotel is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us prior to the stated cancellation policy times.

 

In the unlikely event that you must cancel or shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If the reservation is not canceled within the cancellation period, your credit card will be charged for the room minus the 7% Lodging Tax.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

24 Hours for the months of April, May, October, November & December

48 Hours for the months of January, February, March & June

1 week for the months of July, August & September

 

 

CHECK-IN:
After 3:00 PM Please drive to the rear of the hotel where guest parking is located. Please check the rear main door for your envelope which includes keys and a Welcome Letter with directions to your room or suite.

 

CHECK-OUT:
June-September 10:00 AM

October-May 11:00 AM

 

EXTRA PERSONS IN RESERVATION:
If there are more than 2 persons in a room there will be an extra charge of $15 per person per night.

 

 

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE OF HOTEL:

However designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

 

LOST KEYS:
In the event of lost or misplaced keys to your room and hotel, there will be a $50 service fee for replacement of said keys. If misplaced keys are found and returned to the hotel, the service fee will be refunded.

 

PET POLICY: 
The Broadway Hotel has Pet Friendly accommodations for 'Dogs" only. Maximum of 2 pets. The charge for pets is $20 per pet per night. For the consideration and comfort of our other guests, we ask for dogs not to be left in the room unattended, and dogs are not allowed in other areas of the hotel. We ask that dogs be on a leash when not in your room.

 

We ask for dogs not be allowed on the furniture or beds. If you have a dog bed or dog crate you are more than welcome to bring it into the room. A $50 cleaning charge will be administered if pet hair is found on beds or furniture and needs to be removed.

 

We do have grass areas outside of the hotel for your pets convenience,

and we ask that you be responsible to clean up after your pet.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES:  Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license or ID. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
