Cancellation Policy:

April & May & November  (72 Hour)
January-March & October (1 week)
June – September & December (1 Week)

If the reservation is not canceled within the cancellation period, your credit card will be charged for the room minus the 7% Lodging Tax.

PET POLICY:

The Broadway Hotel has Pet Friendly accommodations.
For the consideration of our other guests, we ask for pets not to be left in the room unattended.

We ask for pets not be allowed on the furniture or beds. If you have a pet bed, you are more than welcome to bring it into the room.
